What I just have read?

When you are reading the book, you think it doesn’t relate to you in any way.

But the book is about the stories we tell ourselves often. Yes, they are presented in a grotesque form. But still there are many thoughts that each of us has once in a while—envy for others, desire to be noticed, thinking bad about others and using them for our needs.

The real surprise of the book is that sometimes the answer on how to become better lies in self-destruction.

Because we are tightly coupled to our identities. One of the ways to get rid of them is to destruct them.

But should it be the only way?
